1、 饺子的英文到底是什么？
在英文词典的释义中，dumpling其实指的是蒸或煮的小面团，或水果馅的点心。
dumpling /ˈdʌmplɪŋ/ n. 面团；水果馅点心
它包括各种“面皮包着馅”的食物，比如汤圆、包子、青团等，所以用它来专指饺子，有点牵强。
饺子的英文到底该怎么说呢？
有两种：
①Jiaozi 饺子
②Chinese dumplings饺子

2、外国的饺子怎么说
其实饺子虽然是我们中国特有的，但类似的食物却遍布世界各地。
①日本饺子Gyoza
有点像我们的锅贴。馅料是猪肉、大蒜和白菜，蘸料也跟我们类似，以酱油、醋和辣油为主。
